AuditionRoom Product Launch
When the pandemic hit we at Acceptd knew being able to conduct live auditions would be crucial to the admissions process for hundreds of our performing arts clients. In response to the predicted need, we developed AuditionRoom, the first ever all-in-one solution for virtual live auditions.
I lead my team through the full brand positioning and product launch for AuditionRoom in a matter of weeks to sprint to market.
Responsibilities:
Established branding and positioning for new SaaS product.
Owner of full product launch strategy.
Developed content, messaging and channel strategies based on audience insights.

My team executed a textbook multichannel product launch campaign in under 2 months.
Drove brand development from naming to campaign concept to design and consultation of UX additions within the product.
Lead development of pain points messaging strategy to inform customer-centric marketing and communications around the product.
